Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Learn to Lead Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to ensure a positive learning experience for all our students. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our programs and services.

1. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a program or course is cancelled by Learn to Lead Academy.
  • If a participant withdraws from a course at least 5 days before the scheduled start date.
b. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Course materials fees (if applicable)
c. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Participants
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to learntoleadudt@gmail.com
  • Cancellations made at least 5 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund, excluding non-refundable fees.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course has started.
b. Cancellation by Learn to Lead Academy
  • In the event we cancel a course or program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another program of equal value.

3. Transfer Policy

  • Participants may request a transfer to another program or course, subject to availability and approval, under the following conditions:

    • The transfer request is made at least five days before the original course start date.
    • Any difference in fees must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
